When using, gloves and protective glasses should be worn to avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes. If it gets on the skin, rinse with water and soap. Place in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent exposure to sunlight and rain.
1. Heat and melt 130 parts of stearamide in an enamel kettle. Add 49.4 parts of 37% formaldehyde solution and 12 parts of 50% liquid alkali, stir well, reflux for 1 hour, and complete the hydroxymethylation reaction.
2. Pour 2 portions of the mixture into a dissolution tank, then dissolve and add the above reactants at room temperature. Stir vigorously to emulsify into a slurry. Grind the sand in the sanding machine, and finally filter the finished product.
130 parts of stearamide were heated in an enamel kettle. 49.4 parts of 37% formaldehyde solution and 12 parts of 50% liquid alkali were added, stirred and mixed evenly, and refluxed for 1 h to complete the hydroxymethylation reaction.
Add 2 parts of flat O into the dissolution tank, add the above reactants at room temperature after dissolution, and agitate and emulsify into a slurry. Sanding in a sander and finally filtering to get the finished product.
